India’s rich cultural heritage of classical music was recently celebrated at Kamani Auditorium with Bhilwara Sur Sangam 2023, an Indian classical music festival that successfully reached its 10-year milestone. The first day of the festival showcased a remarkable performance by the renowned vocalist Padma Shri Aruna Sairam, who mesmerized the audience with her emotive interpretations of classical compositions.

Sairam’s exceptional talent and expertise in classical music were on full display as she paid tribute to the diverse musical traditions of India, capturing the authentic essence of Bhilwara Sur Sangam. Her soulful renditions captivated the audience, leaving a lasting impression of her artistry.

Chairman of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, Ravi Jhunjhunwala, remarked, “Sairam’s performance is a testament to her extraordinary talent and deep passion for music. She is a legendary figure in the realm of Indian classical music.” The audience erupted into resounding applause as she delivered mesmerizing interpretations of classical pieces.

The second day of the festival witnessed captivating performances by Vinayak Chittar and Pt Mukul Shivputra, further enthralling the gathered crowd.
